In order to perform our services correctly, we need to process certain types of personal data. By processing we mean all collection, storage, handling, change and use of personal data. This privacy policy describes how we process personal data.

AKLA's CEO is responsible for personal data and is thus responsible for the processing of personal data.

The personal data we collect will only be used by us unless otherwise stated at registration or in the information you receive after being in contact with us.


The security of personal data

To protect personal data that we process, we take organizational protection measures. Our employees only have access to the information they need in their work and we work actively to educate about the importance of confidentiality and how to maintain the integrity and security of personal information.

How we collect and use (process) personal data

In order for us to be able to offer our services, we process personal data in the following situations and for the following purposes. We do not save data for longer than we need.


To fulfill our agreement

In order for us to fulfill our agreement or agreement to receive orders, deliver goods and send invoices to you, we process your personal information in the form of name, position, telephone number and e-mail address. If you are a customer of ours in the form of a sole proprietorship or private individual, we also process social security numbers and address information for you. We store this information as long as we are obliged to do so in accordance with the Accounting Act and the Medical Devices Act.


When and how we share personal information with others

We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share personal information with other parties in order to offer services to our customers. The personal data may then only be used to provide services to our customers. When we share personal data with another party, we are responsible for the processing and there are always assistant agreements that regulate how the personal data may be handled.


In certain situations, we are obliged to disclose personal data in order to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. We may also need to disclose personal information to protect our legal interests or to detect and prevent fraud.


Right to extract extracts

Persons have the right to receive information once a year free of charge about which personal data about the person concerned we process. The extract must state the types of personal data we process, the purposes of the processing, whether we shared the personal data with someone else and, if so, who, what source the data has and how long we intend to save the data. A request for an extract from the register must be in writing and signed.


Right to rectification

If a person considers that we have incorrect or misleading personal data, he or she can ask us to have them corrected or to have them supplemented with personal data that is relevant to the processing. When we make such a correction, we also notify the companies with which we have shared the personal data.


Right to deletion

Under certain conditions, requests for personal data that we process may be deleted, for example if they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected. However, personal information that we need in order for us to be able to fulfill agreements or to be able to comply with legal requirements cannot be deleted. When we delete personal data, we also notify other companies that have received the information from us that they will be deleted.


Right to restriction

In certain situations, you may request that the use of your personal data be restricted, for example if the information is incorrect and you have requested that it be corrected.
