Terms of purchase

General

Akla.se sells goods via the internet to private individuals and companies in Sweden with personal or organization numbers. We only deliver within Sweden. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age and have a valid Swedish ID document for parcel shipments. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have received consent for your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is a minor, the principal is responsible for the card.


Ordering

Ordering is done on our website www.akla.se. If there are problems with ordering, you can email info@akla.se.


Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree that the name and personal or organization number are registered in our customer register.


Prices and product images

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering.


The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product is reproduced. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.


Akla.se reserves the right to make errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, akla.se reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.


Personal information

In connection with your order and / or account registration, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from us. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the Data Protection Ordinance.


The information you provide about yourself is used by akla.se and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties. Read more about how we process your personal data in our privacy policy.


We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal information or where the customer has payment remarks.


Copyright

All content on this website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, sound clips, digital downloads and other software, belongs to akla.se or our suppliers and is protected by Swedish and international copyright laws.


Shipping and delivery

Shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders with SEK 50. Free shipping on purchases over SEK 600.


Akla.se normally handles your order within 3 days (weekends weekdays) from order until the product leaves our warehouse, provided that we have the product in stock and we not have anounced that there is a vacationperiod. When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping companies that deliver your order within the set time for the chosen shipping method. Akla.se cannot provide any delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method.


To some parts of Norrland and to Gotland, Posten and DHL deliver with a one-day delay, this is not included in the estimated delivery time we state on the website. This applies, for example, to certain places with postcodes starting with 82-84, 86-89 and 91-98.


The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. There may be times that make it impossible for us to fulfill the order, for example if our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. Contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your purchase.


Payment

At checkout, you can choose between payment methods invoice or card payment (via Stripe). Akla.se has the right to perform a credit check where required to be able to grant credit time. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the set time for the chosen payment method.


The invoice is sent together with the delivery (unless a separate delivery address is selected). Payment terms are 20 days. A fee of SEK 50 will be added for a written reminder. After the due date, default interest is charged at 8.75% (8% + Repro). Enter the invoice number and payment is made in another way than the attached payment card.


Payment after the due date can lead to late fees and interest.


Right of withdrawal and return

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to LODA - the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises. The withdrawal period begins to run from the day you received the item. The product needs to be returned in an unchanged condition for you as a customer to receive a full credit. Products that are sealed due to health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken by the consumer.

We need the following information:

a) order number (found on your invoice)

b) your name and contact information

c) number and name of the products you want returned


Akla.se must confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are returned. We recommend that the return is made with Posten varubrev or Posten Företagspaket. The customer is responsible for return costs according to Posten's postage table and is responsible for the product until it has reached us. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery or free delivery.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, including any shipping cost (not return shipping), but no later than within 30 days. If you have paid by invoice or direct payment, we will transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount on your card.


Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that arises for uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of a maximum of SEK 200 depending on weight if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return as described above.


Complaints

If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we cannot solve the problem, you will of course have to complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations.
